End-User License Agreement
Last updated: February 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to QBO Audit Agent ("the Software"), you agree to the terms of this
End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not authorize the connection.
2. License Grant
The Software is provided for internal bookkeeping audit and review purposes. You are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the Software to access and analyze your QuickBooks Online data.
3. Data Access
The Software accesses your QuickBooks Online company data via Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. It
reads accounting data (chart of accounts, transactions, reports) for audit analysis. Write operations (such as
account deactivation) are only performed with explicit user action.
4. Data Storage
The Software operates locally on your computer. No data is transmitted to third-party servers. API credentials and
tokens are stored locally in configuration files on your machine.
5. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages arising from
use of the Software.
6. Disconnection
You may revoke the Software's access at any time by disconnecting it from your QuickBooks Online account via the
Intuit App Center or your QuickBooks Online settings.
